If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/replacement in addition to the policies mentioned below:

● Provide us with your Order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.
Only if your order has not been shipped from our warehouse. We request you to inform us about any cancellations at the earliest via email at email@example.com. The money will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request is confirmed by Milletbowl. If the shipment has been dispatched by us and you still wish to proceed with the cancellation request, the shipping charges for dispatch and return will both be deducted from the refund amount.
